We want to inform you that HPE has decided to discontinue selling HPE MyRoom and HPE Visual Remote Guidance (VRG) solutions and services as of November 1, 2023.
Current HPE Myroom subscriptions and support will remain valid until the subscription reaches its expiration date.

HPE MyRoom Premium 5 Person
Unlimited meetings in your room for you and up to four (4) other users. Includes the ability to create unlimited 2 hour recordings, persistent keys, and high quality web conferencing.
HPE MyRoom Premium 10 Person
Unlimited meetings in your room for you and up to nine (9) other users. Includes the ability to create unlimited 2 hour recordings, persistent keys, and high quality web conferencing.
HPE MyRoom Premium 25 Person
Unlimited meetings in your room for you and up to 24 other people. Includes the ability to create unlimited 2 hour recordings, persistent keys, and high quality web conferencing.
HPE MyRoom Premium 100 Person
Unlimited meetings in your room for you and up to 99 other people. Includes the ability to create unlimited 2 hour recordings, persistent keys, and high quality web conferencing.
HPE MyRoom University 25
HPE MyRoom University (MyRoom U) 25 allows you to hold as many training events as you like in your room with up to 24 other users.
HPE MyRoom University 100
HPE MyRoom University (MyRoom U) 100 allows you to hold as many training events as you like in your room with up to 99 others.
HPE MyRoom University 250
HPE MyRoom University (MyRoom U) 250 allows you to hold as many training events as you like in your room with up to 249 other users.
HPE MyRoom University 250 with 10 rooms Base
HPE MyRoom University 250 with 10 rooms is a good option for users who have overlapping events or who want to have separate rooms for each type of meeting (customer meetings, team meetings, etc.). Each room holds up to 250 users.
HPE MyRoom Assist
MyRoom Assist is for support engineers.
In addition to all the HPE MyRoom Premium features and functions, the Support Engineer will be able to request remote control of someone else's desktop or share their own desktops or grant remote control of their desktop to others in the room, and gather System Information. The support engineer is able to respond to requests for elevated privileges when supporting users under Windows User Account Control (UAC)*. This is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
*NOTE: The end user will need to install HPE MyRoom with UAC in order for the support engineer to respond to elevated privileges. Please contact the service desk to for assistance with downloading and installing HPE MyRoom with UAC.
