.Audio in HPE MyRoom is live audio streaming from a user's device which is broadcast to others in the room through their speakers (VoIP). Video in HPE MyRoom is live video streaming from a web or video camera which is broadcast to others in the room. Presenters have all three tools available to them in an event. Participants have only a speaker by default. They can be given access to the microphone and webcam tools through the Configure room for participants option in the Tools to manage people and participants button .

| By default, the speaker is on when you enter a room. Click the other icons to turn on those particular functions. Note the volume bars in the microphone and speaker icons that will show you when each is in use. |

| You can hover over the microphone and speaker icons to adjust the volume for each or change your video location using the webcam icon. To make adjustments to the microphone, speaker and webcam, click on the Settings icon and go to Audio/Video. |
