The Personal information tab is only available when you have logged into the MyRoom application with your account and are therefore authenticated. If you have entered an event using a key on the Join a meeting window and need to change your display name in the room , please exit and re-enter the room after correcting your display name.
| Enter or change any personal information here in the fields provided. The only required fields are First Name, Last Name, Language and Country. Your email address is your account name: click on the pencil to the right to change it. Note: changing the e-mail address will cause the system to generate a new request to validate the email address. If you do not validate the email, you will not be able to log back into your account. Click on the pencil to the right of your password to change your password. Enter your old password and then your new one and again to validate. Click on Save to save any changes. Close the window to stop making changes. |
